Project Management

Acquire details about the project with a focus on reporting and outcomes
Work with organization to create an internal statement of work (SOW) that has appropriate resources and communication to succeed
Organize necessary tools, schedules, and templates; host a kick-off meeting with all direct stakeholders to assign duties, establish communication cadence, and agree to SOW
Coordinate and perform tasks, communication, reports while focusing all efforts on established outcomes
Complete project by compiling all acquired information, writing and filing reports, creating and presenting outcomes

Strategic Solutions

Determine extent, parameters, and expectations based on number of participants, industry sectors, geographic footprint, types of organizations, stakeholder involvement, and problem(s) identified.

Narrowly define problem to be solved
Identify stakeholders affected
Host a 'solutions summit' that brings all parties along with potential funders and expertise together
Create a prioritized list of potential solutions
Assign tasks and timing to address problems with feasible solutions.

Grant Procurement

Review the specifics and outcomes of the project desired
Research funding opportunities that have the highest rate of success
Create a compelling story with historical background establishing the problem to be solved and the solution with estimated outcomes
Submit funding requests through the organization within all parameters and expectations outlined in an RFP or agency directions
Follow through additional requests for information
Assist the organization with acceptance of funds with advisement on how to organize reports and required updates.

GIGPilot

https://gigpilot.org/ The GIGPilot Mobile Apps for workforce development connects working age students, marginalized workers and transitioning military personnel with remote, hybrid and onsite work assignments hosted by national leaders of industry. GIGPilots 86 STEM, 21 Community and 58 Department of Defense workgroups can post work assignments, mobilize personnel, scale work force deployments and manage workforce outcomes completed in real time from the convenience of their own workforce development APP.

AIHEC is the collective spirit and unifying voice of our nation’s Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs). AIHEC provides leadership and influences public policy on American Indian higher education issues through advocacy, research, and program initiatives; promotes and strengthens indigenous languages, cultures, communities, and tribal nations; and through its unique position, serves member institutions and emerging TCUs.
